WHO: Jon-Erik Hexum was a gorgeous actor who accidentally died (loaded blank gun) on the set of his television show "Cover-Up" on the Fox lot, October 12th, 1984. His bright future began with his first acting job, starring in the popular fantasy series "Voyagers", then the TV Movie "Making of a Male Model" with Joan Collins, parts in other films, and then starring in this last tv show.

WHAT: A three-day memory celebration event is happening with fans and friends of Jon-Erik flying in from across America - 100 private invitations were sent out.

WHEN: October 10,11, 12, 2014.

WHERE: Christie Jenkins Photography & Celebrity Gallery, on Dolores Street, just south of Fifth Avenue, Carmel by the Sea, CA 93921.

WHY: Jon-Erik was the best friend of photographer Christie Jenkins, and they did extensive private portraits. After 20 years of begging from fans, she finally began posting on-line and selling some of these photographs 10 years ago. She planned his church memorial service at the time of his passing, and many years ago gave a fan event in LA that people from as far away as Italy and Germany attended.
